Alka is an experienced project manager in both Agile and Waterfall methodology.  Alka, has experience in complex system integration projects, data migration, Infrastructure projects, vendor management, contract negotiation, as well as managing outsourced service delivery.

Her specific areas of competence are:

• Project & Program Delivery (Agile / Waterfall)
• IT Automation
• Complex Systems Integration

She has worked in Retail, Banking and Insurance industries with clients such as: Commonwealth Bank, JPMorgan, Westpac, HSBC Middle East, and Risk Management USA.

Alka holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours. In her free time, she mentors Students at Global STEM Alliance Building a better STEM pipeline (The New York Academy of Sciences).
