Celeste is an Analytics and Business Intelligence (BI) Professional with 18 years’ experience across multiple industries including financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing, utilities and government. She has a proven ability to lead BI & Reporting solution delivery having started as an ETL/Data Warehouse Developer and then progressing to business analysis and eventually managerial roles. Celeste’s expertise resides in the following areas:

• End-to-end software development life cycle of BI and Reporting solution
• Requirements gathering
• Vendor evaluation – assessment of offering and customer value proposition of various vendors before proceeding to the next phase
• Data analytics and insights
• Data visualisation

Celeste’s attention to detail and ability to rapidly translate business requirements into technical specifications allowed her to successfully lead BI and Analytics projects for major clients including Westpac & BT, Macquarie Bank, OnePath (ANZ), CBA, Optus, AMP, Australia Post and the Australian Federal Government.

Celeste is half-way through MBA and recently completed two qualifications in Big Data and Social Analytics through MIT and General Assembly. Celeste holds a Diploma in Project Management (Prince-II) and has recently received an Agile PM Foundation Certification.
