Pearl is a data and BI specialist with demonstrated experience in delivering solutions across the domains of transport, finance, and law. She has a strong interest in using data and technology to create business value and is passionate about improving day-to-day business processes and customer outcomes.

Pearl has worked on projects:

• Rolling out self-service BI, making Power BI reports and dashboards accessible to users across the business
• Migrating high profile customer data using ETL technologies to a purpose-built CRM
• Using SQL to blend data to create customer focused data marts allowing for improved self-service reporting
• Delivering staff training on BI technologies and teaching BI at the University of Queensland
• Creating machine learning models for image classification
